BuildSmart procurement is seamlessly integrated with Candy, working directly with Candy resource budgets against which requisitions are generated.
The up-stream controls allow Procurement at Resource level against Allowed/Tendered Quantity Rate and Budget resulting in the total visibility of Budget Comparisons (at Quantity, Rate and Amount) throughout the bespoke workflow approval process (Electronic approvals). This enables management to take timely action as cost variances can be identified by Resource, Activity and Cost type at the procurement stage.
