What advice would you give to young women considering your profession? 

There is a lot of commitment, long hours and a fair amount of stress involved in being an accountant, but if you enjoy working with figures, the job is well worth it.

Who is your role model?

My mom.  She was a single mom (my dad died when we were young).  She never remarried and was a was a strong woman who raised us kids under difficult circumstance.  She was always there for us and she always gave us a lot of love and attention.

What was the most exciting / fun / interesting project that you have worked on and why?

We were involved in the construction of Soccer City / FNB Stadium for the 2010 world cup.  It was the most exciting time of my life.
