Course Outline

Make the best use of the BuildSmart Automation features to receive a variety of follow-up/action lists directly to the required user’s inbox on a hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis.  Get a thorough understanding of the configuration process and an overview of what can be automated.  Add value to the business and users by delivering valuable data in the way of reports to all levels of the business.

2.5 hours

Pre-Requisites

  • High level accounting experience with some auditing exposure
  • A clear understanding of the interfaces between sites, plant, overhead departments and stock is preferable
  • Computer literacy and keyboard proficiency is assumed

Curriculum

  • Setting up Automation in BuildSmart Accounts
  • Running available automation scripts
  • Configuring an email automation procedure
  • Add schedules and setup variables as per requirements.
